Urasia c'est fini ! la fusion absorption avec SXR Uranium prend effet(voir news ci dessous), on cote 7.50 CAD ce soir, alors qu'on était à 1.50 en novembre 2005 et à 2.8 lors de mon post ci dessus de fevrier 2006, ça fait X5 en 15 mois...toujours peur du Kazakhstan alatan >
ceci dit, la livre d'U3O8 est à 113$ et n'est pas près de baisser, on peut garder encore les SXR obtenues en échange des Urasia surtout que SXR devrait annoncer bientôt le démarrage effectif de la production dans ses mines d'Afrique du sud, en plus de celles d'Urasia au Kazakhstan qui fonctionnent très bien...

VANCOUVER, April 20 /CNW/ - UrAsia Energy Ltd. ("UrAsia") announced today that it has now obtained all government and regulatory approvals required to complete the proposed Plan of Arrangement with sxr Uranium One. As a result, the Plan of Arrangement is expected to become effective at 2:00 pm PST on Friday, April 20, 2007.

Under the terms of the Plan of Arrangement, UrAsia shareholders will receive 0.45 common shares of sxr Uranium One Inc. for each issued share of UrAsia.
