trois possibilités

- élargir les négociations avec Sobieski
- négocier exclusivement avec l'un des deux autres (Lublin ou Americain)
- annuler l'opération

Sobieski Dystrybucja, a Polish vodka producer and distributor, on
Monday commenced negotiations with the Polish State Treasury over the
purchase of a 61% stake in vodka maker Polmos Bialystok. Sobieski's
exclusive negotiating rights expire on Friday. Should these not come to
fruition three options remain open to the Treasury: extend negotiations
with Sobieski; choose to exclusively talk to one of the other two
bidders - Polish vodka maker Polmos Lublin or America's Central European
Distribution Company - or cancel the tender. (Gazeta Wyborcza)
